"The flat was spacious with parking garage. Overall it was ok but would suggest better cleaning (especially the shower) and some upgrades to the painting and bathroom. It was a bit dusty. Upstairs shower could not use, but wasn’t mentioned in the description! Looks better on the pictures than actually is! Ana, the property manager was awesome and very helpful!"

"The pictures look fantastic but in reality the place is VERY run down. Pretty much everything is broken. The faucets are missing parts, the stairs wobble, the clothes washer won't finish a cycle, there are holes in most walls, light fixtures are dangling, broken, or even sometimes completely missing, the couches are torn and smell of urine, the art on the wall has holes in it, the sliding window door won't close, the clothes drying racks have more missing parts than remaining...

"The apparemment is surprisingly good located, many facilities around, beach , supermarket,mall, and aquapark , the neighbourhood is outstanding, the apartment has a lovely terrase with outstanding views, highly recommend.."
