Another great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Cabourg in this fantastic flat! It is very close to the beach and beach activities. We can highly recommend Le Biquet's for a lovely dinner close to the apartment overlooking the beach. We will be back soon!

We stayed in an Owl in Cabourg for 4 weeks and loved it! The apartment is a very short walk from the beach and was exactly as described. We very much hope to be back soon!

Joli appartement (duplex), bien aménagé, idéal pour 4 personnes maximum, car l'espace commun (cuisine-salon) est petit. Il ne manque rien, sauf peut-être un coin de rangement non occupé pour déposer nos affaires (alimentation, sacs de voyage). Nous nous en sommes très bien accommodés malgré tout et cela n'a pas gêné notre séjour.Nous avons pu profiter du petit balcon quand la météo le permettait. Idéalement situé dans une résidence sécurisée et calme, à deux pas de la promenade qui mène au centre de Cabourg. A recommander pour découvrir cette région de Normandie !

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und abgestimmt eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für einen guten Urlaubsstart brauchten. Vom Balkon aus kann man das Meer sehen. Und es. Ist nur ein kurzer Weg. Die Anlage, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation vorab war sehr gut. Wir würden wiederkommen.

super Lage, sauber, tolle Küchenausstattung; oberste Etage Deckenhöhe leider nur ca. 1,75 m

Vom Küchen- und Wohnzimmerfenster ist das Meer zu sehen; gepflegte Anlage mit diversen Mehrfamilienhäusern, Strand sehr nah; auch Innenstadt in ca. 1 km zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist für 3 bis max 4 Personen vom Platzangebot ausreichend; 1 Stern Abzug für die Deckenhöhe der oberen Etage (bei Körpergröße 1,76 m kein aufrechtes Stehen möglich) und leider ist kein einziger Kleiderschrank oder Sideboard vorhanden, um mitgebrachte Kleidung oder Gegenstände unterzubringen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung nah zum Strand/zur Strandpromenade

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 3. Stock und ist nur über Treppen erreichbar, damit bleibt man fit bei dem guten französischen Essen! Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat vom Essplatz und vom kleinen Balkon einen schönen Blick auf die Dünen und das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist komplett, wir haben nichts vermisst. Auch wenn die Wohnung mit max. 7 Personen belegt werden kann, empfehlen wir aufgrund der Wohnungsgröße eine Belegung mit max. 4 Personen. Der schöne Strand/die Strandpromenade ist nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreicht (max. 5 Minuten). Zum Casino bzw. in die Einkaufsstraße ist man ca. 15 -30 Minuten unterwegs, je nachdem, ob man an der Strandpromenade bummelt oder quer durch den Ort geht. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden, Fahrräder werden an Fahrradständern im freien geparkt und sind damit dem Wetter und den Tauben ausgesetzt. Ist ok, aber eine Überdachung der Fahrradständer wäre schön. Die Organisation rund um Wohnungsübergabe und Schlüsselabgabe war perfekt! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Etwas beengt, aber sonst gut

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles Nötige vorhanden. Allerdings gab es keine Schränke und Kommoden, so dass wir aus den Koffern leben mussten. Diese haben wir auf der Empore gelagert. Das Schlafzimmer war sehr klein und die Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer für Teenager etwas zu klein. Der Treppenaufgang hat keine Fenster und ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Im WC gab es ein ständiges Geräusch durch den Wasseraufbereiter. Ansonsten war es ruhig. Die nahe Lage zum Strand war dafür top und vom Balkon hatte man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Das WLAN war gut. Man kann in ca. 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt laufen. Die Wohnung ist unserer Meinung am besten für maximal 4 Personen (davon 2 jüngere Kinder) geeignet.

Ein Ort zum Verweilen mit viel Charme

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht und sie ist gut sauber gehalten. Von den Besitzern wurde die Wohnung mit sehr viel Liebe und einem guten Auge fürs Detail eingerichtet.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette location à Cabourg. Le logement n'est pas immense mais extrêmement fonctionnel, et surtout idéalement situé. La résidence est calme, la mer au bout de l'allée, tous les commerces à dix minutes à pieds! L'annonce mériterait juste de précisier qu'il y a trois étages sans ascenseurs pour éviter les mauvaises surprises à des personnes à mobilité réduite.

Schöne Urlaubstage in Cabourg

Gute Lage. im 5 Minuten am Strand. 2o Minuten zur Avenue de la Mer mit vielen Cafes und Reinhold Restaurants. Die Promenade ist nah und sehr schön . Appartment frisch renoviert und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren zu zweit, reichlich Platz. Passt aber auch für 4 Umgebung und Anlage sehr ruhig und gepflegt.
