We had a fantastic stay at Casa Coco! Our host was excellent, responded to our questions in an extremely timely manner which was very appreciated. Nicole gave us all the information we needed and more. The house layout and pool area were great. Pool area had perfect sun from mid morning thru the afternoon. The beds were so comfortable! I would highly recommend staying there. Thank you Nicole and Casa Coco team for a wonderful vacation!

The only reason this property did not get a 5-star review is because of the water delivery. The hot water can take up to 5 minutes to reach its destination, the hot tub was not functional, and there is no heater for the pool which made it unbearably cold. Also, apparently adult children do not know how to set a dryer properly to dry clothes. Not the houses fault!!

Wonderful Place to Stay for a Getaway!!

The property is beautiful, comfortable, private and close to the beach and restaurants for convenience and relaxation. The host was very responsive to communications and sent out extra information and suggestions about the area. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again!!

Fabulous stay & host!!!

The house looks exactly as the photos & Nicole is a fabulous host. She has tons of recommendations in the area and contacts which we absolutely loved!! There were 9 of us girls who stayed at this property for a bachelorette/birthday celebration weekend. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. Nicole was very kind with helping arrange entry at the community gate for our private chef, transportation pickups, and yoga instructor. There’s even a private beach at the end of the community where we had a private yoga session. Nicole was very responsive with my questions and needs while on site and before the trip, probably the most responsive host I’ve ever experienced!!And the house is very close to downtown Cabo for transportation / Ubers were very easy to utilize. Would definitely recommend this property for your trip to Cabo.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Casa CoCo! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Excellent Stay

We spent a week at Casa Coco in Cabo Bello for our family's Spring Break. We were very pleased with the house and the location. Nicole was super responsive to any questions and/or needs we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointed for the money! Everything in the home is outdated, coffee pot, toaster, propane grill (not working at all, no propane and the connectors stripped), the freezer door on the refrigerator does not close properly so it sweats, master bedroom shower valve is wonky and it took forever to get hot water. Sheets are old and stretched so they don’t stay on the bed. The grounds around the property line look awful. Debris from trimming of trees left on property. (Looks like it been there for some time). View is obscured. There was construction noice everyday but Sunday. Other comments were made about the construction noice so I asked about it prior to booking. I was told that it was no longer a problem. The maintenance man said the construction was put on hold but now they are working again. The property manager claim that no one else complained and they were not aware. This property needs to be improved and updated. I have stayed at many VRBO rentals. This was a disappointment compared to others.Note: There is a step on the lower level that is a hazard coming out of the game room and dangerous. My husband fell and I almost missed it a couple times. Be Careful!

Beautiful architecture accommodated 4 couples very comfortably. Great room is open to kitchen and dining. Each bedroom has its own private bath plus there is a powder room off the great room. Balcony off great room has a lovely view of tropical trees and ocean in the distance. The location is a 10 minute drive to the marina. The beach is a rather steep difficult walk and is private to the homes and resort in the area. Nicole is an excellent host and very helpful. One toilet had a problem and she sent her repair men over within 10 minutes and they just replaced it. She referred a great driver serviced which we used several times. There is a grocery store across the highway, a restaurant nearby and a spa a block away. Although the website said there was no parking, there is a driveway that can accommocate 2 cars. We would have rented a car if we had known that.

Wonderful house for family group

The size of the house allows for all-together spaces and also private areas.Caution:the hot water is on the left and takes a long time to get to the master bedroom shower.We could not light the gas oven but the toaster oven was useful. Fresco was great for groceries, especially pastries.

Girls Trip 2024!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, unique home. We were very comfortable and the house was perfect for the five (could have slept 7 comfortably - 2 twin beds not used.) Couple of tips - bring bug spray! Mosquitos are I abundance, at least this time of the year. Also, there was some construction happening at the house across from us which made for a lot of noise during the work week. They only work a half day on Saturdays and are off Sundays. (Just something to prep for.) Also, bring some tide pods and dishwasher pods, they don’t have them here. They also only supply one roll of paper towels, so things you may want to consider buying more, as well as fresh sponge if you’re a weirdo like me! Otherwise, it was perfect and the store is so close that it easily accommodates our ability to walk to get whatever we need. The beach access is a true 10 minute walk. Heading down was easy, heading back was much harder being mostly uphill. Neighbors super friendly, lots of beautiful birds, lizards, wild cats…we even saw a snake, which was not poisonous. The property manager was VERY responsive the entire trip. Would definitely come again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely yes

Me and 6 of my girlfriends stayed here fo celebrate my birthday. The house did not disappoint. It is very spacious so none of us felt like we were on top of each other. The neighborhood is very nice and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend this house. It is also super close to downtown. I will definitely be renting this house again in the future if it's available.!

Great house!

We came to cabo for my bachelorette and the house was perfect for 8 girls. There were a couple of small things that need to be fixed like the air conditioning in the master and the hot water in the master but other than that the house is beautiful, perfect and safe location, we would stay here again.

Family time

Had a wonderful time with our family. Everything exactly as listed on line. We spent most days bbqing and lounging by the pool. Short walk to beach with good snorkelling. Having the grocery store across the street was wonderful too. Plan to return one day.

2024 Vacation

The house is exactly as described online with the property manager responding very promptly over any minor issues further rectifying them swiftly. The quick 15 minute walk to the beach allowed for early morning sunrises and a beautiful view. With this however we wish the appliances were more properly labeled primarily focused on the complicated function of the oven, fans, light switches and dishwasher. With this there are a few minor missing amenities, including tea towels, garbage bags and dish rags. Overall would highly recommend this air bnb to anyone with a larger group visiting Cabo San Lucas. The location was excellent and the establishment was an extremely enjoyable experience.

A great way to start the new year!

We had a blast at Casa Coco! The neighborhood was beautiful with easy walkable, access to an awesome beach. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was seamless, and all of our questions were answered promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to 2024!

Good for family vacations

The house is great for families with a rec room for the kids to play games, watch movies and right off the pool. The beds were super comfortable and linens were readily available. The only cons for us were that we thought that the pool also had a hot tub as the smaller pool looked like a hot tub, and the pool was pretty cold. Unfortunately, there was also construction taking place right in front of the house during the week day, we flagged to Nicole and she was super responsive and reached out to the HOA but just a flag. Thanks to Nicole for your responsiveness! The house is pretty close to Cabo San Lucas and a great market.

Great for large groups/families

We rented the house for 4 adults and 2 kids and we loved how much space there was. Every room had it's own bathroom which was really nice and the rooms were quite. The pool was perfect for younger kids as it is about 3.5 feet deep which is also perfect for just lounging all day in the water. The house is walking distance to a grocery store and some restaurants and a spa. We really enjoyed the stay.
