The community offers a social vibe, has an onsite restaurant & bar, onsite kite school, and a large oceanfront grassy area for setting up, cleaning, and packing of kite gear.

Amenities include a kitchen with full size refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, stove top, cooking utensils, and rare to find, high grade reverse osmosis filtered water from the tap. Keyless coded entry, a Smart TV, air conditioner in both main area and bedroom, ceiling fans, black out curtains, king size bed with the option to convert into two double beds, and a bunk bead that can sleep 2 children. Shower, bath towels, beach towels, extra linens, and high-speed fiber optic wireless internet.
