「booked last minute . this threw them . seem to find it confusing that a solo traveller books last minute. problems again with expedia . have to prove i have paid . they doubt it . . much fuss about ordering breakfast night before . very disorganised . wait staff totally uninterested in their job . have to ask for glass , plate etc . cottage nice and great view . but shower cold even if left running 20 mins before . over priced 」

「We made a booking for this place to discover they were overbooked and we left standing in the lobby clueless what was going on for 2 hours. The manager completely ignored us taking calls intentionally when we were trying to resolve the situation. They downgraded us to a standard and expected us to pay full price until we called them out on this blatant deception. After we spoke to our manage magically a deluxe suite opened up and we had the room we paid for. The hot water in the shower latest...
