「We made a booking for this place to discover they were overbooked and we left standing in the lobby clueless what was going on for 2 hours. The manager completely ignored us taking calls intentionally when we were trying to resolve the situation. They downgraded us to a standard and expected us to pay full price until we called them out on this blatant deception.
