Our house is located in a 100% residential area, on a safe street. The infrastructure is complete for those who want privacy, comfort and convenience, less than 5 minutes from some beaches that are the highlight of Búzios tourism.

Our unit has privacy, a walled house, and our sea view is stunning. The entire gourmet area in the photos, barbecue area and pool are private.

There are 5 air-conditioned suites plus 2 guest bathrooms, spacious living rooms, large outdoor areas with a pool, sunbathing area, barbecue area and full kitchen (with crockery, dishes and appliances).
