Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin Frau Kunath war sehr nett und es war wirklich für alle Wünsche gesorgt, in der edlen und gemütlichen kleinen Giebelsuit. Fußläufig ist man in 5 Minuten in den Fuldaauen oder in 20 Minuten auf auf einem kleinen Berg mit Kapelle, wo man einen wunderbaren Blick auf Fulda hat. "A modern hotel with professional & welcoming staff. Wonderful room which are comfortable & clean No on site restaurant but the bar serves a small range of snacks. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk. Parking is limited so don't arrive too late. Great coice of items for breakfast and a really good coffee machine."

"Hotel Herzog Georg is a real gem hidden in rural Germany. The size of room is larger than a standard European room and we were very happy to have 2 large size doubles for my wife and 15 yr old son. Breakfast was massive European style and quality was superb. Lots of walking opportunities around town with site seeing and hiking just a short drive away. A couple notes, not much English spoken here, or in town at all. People were extremely gracious and we didnt have any issues, but just be aware. Also there are limited hours for the reception and if you think you will even be close to showing up after 7pm local time, reach out and coordinate how to get room access. We did not do this (our fault) and struggled to get ahold of the reception after hours with our US phones. Overall I would def stay here again if I was coming to the area."
