Tolle Woche bei super sonnigen Urlaubstagen

Es hat uns im Haus 14 sehr gut gefallen, alles da was eine Oma, Tochter und drei Enkel.....6,3,1 Jahr erfreuen kann. Vor allem der Spielplatz direkt in seh und ruf weite direkt hinterm Haus war toll. Der Spielraum im Wohnzimmer eine Treppe hoch wurde von den größeren viel genutzt.

Leider gab es nur zwei Kaffeebecher, für sechs Personen. Die kleinen Kaffeetassen finde ich persönlich unpassend für ein Ferienhaus. Kleine Kaffeeteller gab es leider auch zu wenig, für Frühstück und Abendbrot, damit man die Spülmaschine hatte voll bekommen können. Unser Hund fand den Fußboden zu rutschig. Ansonsten liegt das Ferienhaus sehr gut, nicht weit zum Meer und zum Zentrum von Burhave. In der erhalten Broschüre des Hause waren leider noch Informationen, die nicht mehr stimmten.

Das Haus ist okay, die Betten, vor allem die Matratzen sind wirklich mal zu ersetzen! Diese sind eine Zumutung. Auflage auf der Matratze , Decke und Kissen könnten auch mal erneuert werden. Wir haben wirklich nicht gut geschlafen, da die Matrazen sehr durchgelegen waren. Die Heizkörper in den Badezimmern sind stark verrostet. Sehr unangenehm, dort kann und möchte man das Handtuch nicht ablegen!

Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand, für unsere Tochter war das Hochbett das Highlight des Urlaubs, die Unterkunft ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Das einzige was ich bemängeln würde ist das Internet, es gibt dort ein offenes Netzwerk und wenn es mehrer Leute gleichzeitig nutzen, geht da nichts.

Jederzeit wieder

Wir hatten den Bungalow zu zweit mit Hund. Das Wetter war perfekt bei niedrigen Temperaturen war die windgeschützte Sonnenterrasse perfekt. Vermisst habe ich eine Sonnenliege. Wir sind was Urlaub angeht Recht verwöhnt und haben uns seeeehr wohl gefühlt. Sicher gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die Mal ausgetauscht werden könnten. Aber es ist nun Mal nicht das Eigenheim. Hoffentlich treffen wir es in unserem nächsten Urlaubsdomizil gleichwertig an.

Haus am Meer 14

Das Haus ist vom Zuschnitt sehr schön. Wir haben die Zeit auch genossen. Leider waren manche Dinge in die Jahre gekommen (Sitzecke, Arnaturen in den Badezimmern, Heizkörper in den Badezimmern (Rost) u.a.). Darüber hinaus hat der Geschirrspüler geleckt, so dass wir beim Spülvorgang ein Handtuch davor legen mussten. Die Küchenstühle waren ziemlich dreckig. Außerdem waren zahlreiche Leuchtmittel in Küche und Wohnraum defekt. In dem Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett ließ sich eine Lampe nicht ausschalten.

Gute Lage und Unterkunft

Bilder des Hauses entsprachen der Wirklichkeit. Nähe zum Wasser ist gegeben jedoch kein Sandstrand vorhanden. Bis auf einen kleinen Rest der jedoch nicht wirklich nutzbar ist. Es fehlt 1 Waschmaschine, was im voraus bekannt war. Das W-LAN ist mies und eine Recherche im Internet wird zur Qual. Teilweise sind die vorhandenen Mückennetze löchrig und sollten mal ausgetauscht werden. +++ Ein Hausanschlußraum mit Abstellmöglichkeiten für z.B. Fahrräder war vorhanden was in der Anzeige nicht stand.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und in allgemeinen in einem guten Zustand. Haben keine Mängel feststellen können.Vom Spielplatz aus kamen immer wieder Urlauber am Badezimmer und an den linksseits gelegenen Schlafzimmern vorbei.Dies geschah von früh am Morgen bis zum späten Abend. Da wäre eine Trennung durch eine Hecke oder einen Zaun vielleicht nötig. Es war sehr störend.

Zusammenfassung

Haben alles so angetroffen wie beschrieben. Das Haus könnte jedoch ein Abdate vertragen bezüglich Möbel. Haben den Urlaub trotzdem genossen. Das dort auch Hunde willkommen sind ist für Kinder nicht immer ein Vorteil besonders nicht wenn diese sich direkt an den angrenzenden Wiesen lösen.

Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Jedoch könnte das Haus eine Modernisierung bezüglich der Einrichtug vertragen. Toll ist auch das Tiere erlaubt sind jedoch nicht wenn die angrenzenden Wiesen als Hundeklo genutzt werden. W-Lan vorhanden aber eine Verbindung reine Glückssache.

Atemberaubend schön!!!

Es ist ein sehr schönes, komfortables und großes Haus. Geschirr ist in ausreichenden Mengen da. Die Verwaltung war höflich. Endlich mal ein Volltreffer bei der Buchung.
