Gute Lage, direkt am Hundestrand und an der Perlenbucht. Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca 1.5km entfernt und Zentrum 2.5km. Küche ist relativ klein und hat nur 2 Kochplatten - für eine Woche aber auch mit 2 Kindern in Ordnung. Ansonsten ist dir Wohnung ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Preis-Leistung war für uns super :)

Naja

Dankenswerter Weise konnten wir (nach einem netten Telefonat) schon um 14 Uhr in die Wohnung. Angeblich war diese schon am Vortag "gereinigt" worden. Schön, denn die beiden Kleinkinder waren müde und hungrig. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut zum Deich aber ca. 2,5 km von der Innenstadt entfernt, das sollte man beachten. Der Schock kam, als wir die Tür öffneten. Hier war, dem muffigen Geruch nach, seit Wochen oder Monaten kein Mensch mehr im Haus. Der Vorhang im Schlafzimmer verschimmelt, Wände und Decken voll mit winzigen Spinnweben, die Duschwand ..... Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer aus den Schienen gezogen - Staub unter den Betten, der Couch dem "Kachelofen". die Abstellkammer, die größer ist als Küche und Bad zusammen wollte man nicht wirklich betreten und Bügelbrett/Spielzeug etc. nicht benutzen. Alles in allem - Lage zum Familienstrand ist gut - die Sauberkeit sollte öfter kontrolliert werden.... Leider!

Wir würden wiederkommen

Eigentlich war in der Wohnung alles tippi toppi. Die Küche ist zwar sehr klein, ist aber von der Ausstattung an Geräten und Zubehör genial. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Es ist auch nicht weit bis zum Deich, aber ein ganzes Stückchen bis in die Stadt. Aber im Großen und Ganzen können wir die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Nette kleine Wohnung in super Lage

Nett eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete kleine Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon. In den Herbstferien war es im Haus schön ruhig, zur Familienlagune ist es ein Katzensprung. Noch schöner wäre es gewesen, wenn der Fernseher nicht nur die öffentlich-rechtlichen Sender gehabt hätte.
