The Space:

Nestled amongst native gardens, this elevated home is less than a ten-minute stroll from the beach and offers an effortless indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The light-filled living room features plush sofas, a cosy stone fireplace, and panoramic ocean views. The home is passively heated and cooled, with underfloor heating for added warmth. Throw open the stacking glass doors to the expansive deck, where you’ll find a BBQ, stylish lounge chairs, and front-row seats to nature’s best show—sunsets over the bay.



A spacious dining area with a modern glass table invites guests to gather for long, laughter-filled lunches, while the adjacent, fully equipped kitchen boasts European appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to create family meals. A separate activity room houses a billiards table and ping pong table, ensuring entertainment for all ages.



When it's time to turn in, the bedrooms promise a restful escape with wardrobe space and TVs. The primary king bedroom is pure indulgence, with balcony access and an ensuite so inviting. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third offers a king bed that can transform into two singles with an early request. The fourth bedroom is a bunk bed haven for the kids.



The bathrooms are sleek and spa-like, with one opening onto a balcony so you can soak in the ocean while in the bath. A full laundry with a washer and dryer makes extended stays a breeze, and private driveway parking ensures stress-free arrivals and departures.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.

Parking: Driveway parking is available for two cars.
