Welcome to Georgette Retreat, a stylish and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom new-build home perfectly positioned just 500m from the beach and moments from Busselton’s vibrant town centre and iconic jetty.

Step inside and enjoy relaxed coastal living with all the modern comforts. The home features three beautifully furnished queen bedrooms, including a generous master suite with a private ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. The main bathroom is ideal for families, offering a full-sized bathtub, separate shower, and separate toilet.

Whether you're working remotely or travelling with kids, the dedicated study room with two desks makes it easy to balance business and leisure.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is the heart of the home, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, large butler’s pantry, and plenty of space to gather, cook, and unwind. Slide open the doors to the outdoor entertaining area, featuring comfortable furniture, astro turf lawn, and a fully enclosed backyard – perfect for evening gatherings and safe play.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.

Lovely house.no arrival pack with basics regarding WiFi and rubbish disposal "try to find the bin" not really helpful. Had great time and when requested heaters due to cold weather was dealt with quickly. A chest of drawers in two double rooms would have been good. Would use again
