Refused to stay in them and made them change me to the hotel which was OK. The site is very shabby and derelict. But hotel is modern. Nothing to do for children. Wouldn't stay again.」

「Quite run down, bathroom had mould and when you stood in the shower then bottom of the bath flexed so you thought it was going to give way. Food in the restaurant isn't great, it's ok if you really don't want to go out but there are some lovely much better places within walking distance which are also significantly cheaper, the prices in the hotel are, in my view, excessive. 「We have stayed there before and no problems The food is excellent and plenty of choice At first the bed was dirty but it was cleaned and changed straight away and the lovely lady who saw to it couldn't be more apologetic The swimming pool was very crowded and In my opinion should be governed as there were no staff around The grounds are really nice and pleasant The bar area and separate seating areas and very good and we sat and watched the cup final」

「No tea and coffee in the room pushed you to go and pay for breakfast and the breakfast was not very good. Had to put my bread through the toaster 8 times before it resembled toast and the bacon looked like it had been cooked over a heated argument.」
