"I stayed at the lodge primarily for the dark skies and was not disappointed....the stars popped by 9pm and were beautiful. The main draws for the lodge are the mt bike lift and trails down the mountain and boat launching. Unfortunately the lake is too low there for any boating. "We were a little leery to book this house considering there were no reviews on this listing before our trip but it didn't matter. This place was great. It checked all the boxes. All of us were very pleased with the property and it's amenities. It is on the Colorado River, within site of the Inks Lake dam. The water is amazing. "Highly recommend this rental. Every basic need is supplied. Very clean and well kept. Dinner on the screened porch is a must. If you don’t like the AC blowing on your face during sleep the master bedroom is not for you. The upstairs loft has an half bath, convenient at night to avoid the spiral staircase.
