"The apartment was dark and faced the restaurant with a high hedge opposite. The 2nd bedroom was in the apartment ceiling and the room was very dark. My daughter was not happy to sleep in it. It was also accessed by open slippery stairs. This was not described within the apartment details. If so, I would never have booked it. "

"Wir waren leider nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Punkto Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, auf diversen Oberflächen waren Haare und der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, leider hört man so jedes Geräusch von draussen und die Nachbarn waren wohl auch etwas unruhig. Innerhalb der Residenz gelten allgemeine Ruhezeiten (10pm-9am), leider werden diese nicht einmal vom Personal eingehalten; am ersten Morgen wurde um 8 Uhr Rasen gemäht. Im Allgemeinen...

"Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber im Vorfeld war äußerst entgegenkommend und angenehm. Wir wurden persönlich vor Ort begrüßt. Das Haus und das gesamte Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt etwas abgelegen mitten in der Natur und dennoch sind viele kleine Sehenswürdigkeiten in näherer Umgebung mit dem Auto erreichbar. Unsere Familie hat mit 9 Personen aus 3 Generationen dort Urlaub gemacht. Einzig für die Oma mit dem Rollator war ein komplett eigenständiges Bewegen auf dem Grundstück nicht überall ganz ohne Hilfe möglich. Die beiden Zimmer und Bäder in der Einliegerwohnung im Untergeschoss sind barrierefrei. Der Zugang zum Haupthaus/Pool/Terrasse liegt etwas höher und ist über Stufen oder auch über einen barrierefreien Zugang möglich, der allerdings an einer Stelle eine etwas steile Rampe hat. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen."
