"Something must have changed recently since my experience was drastically different from the historical reviews. I would be generous to give this location a 2.5 star rating. Honestly it’s more of a 2 star hotel for the following reasons… gross stained carpet throughout lobby and hallways, vinyl flooring throughout room, water damaged drywall in the bathroom, some power outlets didn’t work, room phone didn’t work, stained lobby couches, leather couch in lobby must be torn because it had a sloppy repair patch along the entire seating cushions, missing belt buckles in shuttle, had to wait 45 minutes for airport shuttle, water filter in gym was overdue and flashing red my entire stay, breakfast was cheap and unappetizing. I am definitely not coming back to this location ever again."

"We had a reservation already paid. We arrived about 3AM just to get a nap and catch a plane in 8hours. Night staff advised my reservation was cancelled due to my late arrival. Nowhere did I see where I had a cut off to arrive at a specific time. He did not offer any help at all untill I asked specifically did he have a room. He did rent me two more rooms for almost $40 more per room than my reservation had been for and insisted on collecting a $100 deposit on each room. He was very slow in his work also. While checking in I observed a large roach running across the floor of the lobby. Room one had one working light bulb in room, bath door knob was broke and hair dryer tried to catch fire when used.Room two had ice container with melted ice, no sheets or pillow cases on bed and no liner in trash can. No towels or rags in bath and door knob broke also.All this led me to conclude this room had never even been cleaned. I observed broken tiles in lobby. Day manager did reverse room charges and just charge reservation charge and was very apologetic for nite employees behavior. I did appreciate this from day staff but property is still in very poor condition. Our airport shuttle driver was awesome but I was disappointed to find out that when I fly back from my destination the shuttle will not pick me up and bring my back to my car at the hotel since I had paid to park my car at the hotel while I was gone and it, at the time, showed they offered shuttle services both ways."
