The room was only cleaned twice once completely and the other time only the bed was made and the dirty plates from the tea bags and cups were not cleaned or removed. And no tea bags milk or sugar. The shower head was broken and the shower was moldy. The lift only want to the 4th floor not the 5th floor and I ask if there was a lift to my room as I can not do stairs very well. Air-condition could not go below 21 degrees.

This property is very, very good. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are absolutely wonderful, it’s in a great location, there are a lot of restaurants in the area, and it’s just a terrific hotel. I strongly recommend it. And next time I come to Paris, I’m staying here again.
