A special mention goes to the manager , Daniel who made an effort to remember us as returning guests and Zoey Lee, who went above and beyond during our departure. She not only helped us book a cab to the airport, but also assisted with our luggage and made sure we boarded the correct vehicle. That level of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated. I also love the little thoughtful touches, like having umbrellas readily available—whether it’s rain or even snow. Housekeeping is prompt and always willing to accommodate requests, which makes the stay even more comfortable. All in all, ENA Suite Seoul delivers a consistently reliable and welcoming … I’m already looking forward to my next stay there again! "

"I had a great stay here as a solo traveller. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from the airport bus stop and the concierge is open 24/7. The bathroom is a still on the small side but for one person it was great. The CU being in the lobby is really helpful and the hotel location is great - close to the subway and in a more peaceful area of Insadong. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The property is well located in the Myeodong area. Subway is like 5 mins walk. Lots of places to eat around the area. Quite convenient. The hotel is clean and modern. Room is comfortable. Room size is sufficient. I would come back again. "

"The hotel and staff were fantastic. Located in a great area, just a short walk to where a bunch of tours pick up and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The service was A+ and staff went above and beyond at each step of our stay. I'd like to add that we were celebrating our honeymoon and received a handwritten congratulations note in our room, which was incredibly thoughtful and a wonderful touch. Thank you for that! Our state was overall wonderful and would definitely return. Highly recommend."
