「Pros: Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön. Die Einrichtung ist typisch mallorquinisch, was wir sehr schön fanden. Die Größe ist völlig ausreichend gewesen. Das Highlight war der traumhafte Pool! 6 Menschen haben sich darin gleichzeitig wohl gefühlt, wir konnten im Wasser Beachball spielen, in vorhandenen Schwimmreifen planschen, schwimmen, tauchen... Es war großartig!!! Der ganze Bereich um den Pool mit Liegen, die überdachte Terrasse, das Haus... alles hat uns wunderbar gefallen. Sehr gut fanden...

「Komplette Ausstattung extrem veraltet. Diverse Teile defekt, wie z.B. Duschhalterungen, Polsterauflagen, Vordach der Terrasse und vieles mehr. Der Backofen war ein dreckiges und stinkendes Objekt. Alle Matratzen ( bis auf das Doppelbett ) komplett durchgelegen. Wir haben uns wirklich gefragt, warum es nicht möglich ist für diesen Preis einen einigermaßen akzeptablen Standard zu bieten. Zustand der Finca stammt aus den 90-er Jahren ! Schade - wir hatten uns sehr auf diesen Urlaub gefreut.」

「Pros: Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Kommunikation und Verständigung war sehr einfach. Im Haus vorhanden waren bereits die Dinge vorhanden, die man für den Start benötigt. Die Einrichtung war sauber und alle Geräte waren einsatzbereit (Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine (Kapsel)). Die Lage war sehr schön, allerdings auch sehr abgelegen - das muss man beachten. Der Pool war sauber und erfrischend, wir haben ihn aber aufgrund der Temperaturen Ende März nur sporadisch...

「Pros: Ein sehr freundlicher Verwalter kümmerte sich, trotz später Ankunft um uns....wir haben es recht schwer gefunden.....vorgefunden haben wir eine schöne, ruhige, abgeschiedene Finca, die mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet ist, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt....zur Begrüßung lag Obst, Bier, Wasser und Eiswürfel in absolut ausreichender Menge im Kühlschrank....der Pool ....mit Meerwasser gefüllt, hat uns wohlige Abkühlung beschert. 「Die Gastfamilie der Unterkunft waren super Hosts. Das Haus ist gross mit viel Stauraum und einer grossen Küche. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und man kann hier super Ferien verbringen. Es isch schön grün und man hat seine Ruhe. Auf dem Grill in der Küche kann man Mahlzeiten zubereiten und einfach die Zeit geniessen.
