Magnificent exteriors with swimming pool of 8m x 4m, surrounded by six comfortable sunbeds to enjoy the Majorcan sun. The outdoor area has a cozy porch and a stone barbecue with a table for 6 people, perfect for outdoor dining. In addition, the porch houses a cozy chill-out area for relaxing. The extensive garden offers multiple opportunities.

On the first floor, you will find a cozy living room for quiet moments and a spacious dining room with a table for 6 people. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your culinary adventures. The second floor houses a large and comfortable living room with natural light, as well as three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and air conditioning to ensure a pleasant night's sleep. The house has two bathrooms, one with shower on the first floor and one with bathtub on the second floor.

Very friendly host and they always responded quickly to any requestshelp. The villa is very well equipped. You couldn’t want for anything. Very spacious. There are two lounge areas to spread out. As I’ve already said it is very isolated and you would definitely need a car unless you chance the local public transporttaxis. The grounds are well kept and there is a lovely under cover outdoor area where you can eat. The pool is kept very clear and clean.

The pool, roof terrace, bedrooms, living rooms (2), outside space and BBQ were all excellent. The villa was within easy walking distance of the village and a bakery that also served cold beer! The, charming and friendly owners responded very quickly to a couple of problems we had early on in our holiday. Buger was a good base for our cycling holiday. Overall we thought the villa was good value for money and we would love to return sometime next year.

We had a lovely stay here with my partner and two young children (3 & 5). The villa was very spacious and it was great to have a decent sized garden for the kids to run around in a bit as well. Unfortunately the pool was too deep for my 5 year old to stand up in, and was also in shade most of the day, meaning it was quite cold, so the kids mostly refused to go in it, but we were there at the end of September, so may well be fine in the height of summer! The little town of Búger is just up the road, within walking distance, but we chose to drive there because there was no pavement along the main road, so wasn’t ideal with the kids. If you had older children/just went as adults though, it would be fine. Overall it was a lovely stay and we met the owners on arrival and they were very welcoming and even left us some food and drinks to get us started, meaning we didn’t have to immediately go shopping, which was nice. Would definitely recommend.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort und wir haben uns bewusst für die ruhige Lage entschieden. Es war einfach toll, ganz entspannt den Alltag mit Kindern zu erleben ohne darauf zu achten, ständig den Kindern zu sagen, dass sie leiser sein sollen. Das Häuschen ist super ausgestattet und man hat alles was man braucht.

Bigger than it appears on pictures. Very nice shadow area for the sun + nice pool that is big enough. AirCon works perfectly in bed rooms and are needed in a hot summer. Can recommend!

Cette jolie Finca est très spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Elle est très calme entourée de champs et de moutons. Les extérieurs sont très agréables et ombragés. La piscine est un vrai plus.

Lovely stay at the villa. Large, spacious and comfortable villa. Great to have air conditioning in all the rooms. Lovely pool, not heated but this was welcoming in the heat of the day, would also warm up to a nice temperature by late afternoon, early evening. Very remote and car essential. 10 minute walk up to the village centre with a lovely bakery for coffees and pastries in the morning. Village festival on when we were there so evening activities/gigs on....which was an added bonus....otherwise a very quite village with not a lot there. Owners very welcoming and left essentials, which was really appreciated after our late arrival. Only downside was a late flight and having to be out early on departure. We had requested a late checkout a month before arriving only to be told 2 days before this was not possible due to cleaning schedules. This should maybe not highlighted as a possible option on the letting agency website if it was outwith their control.

Maison impeccable, bien équipée avec une terrasse/piscine particulièrement sympathique et idéalement placée pour rayonner sur l'île de Majorque. Le village de Buger est très proche et assez authentique (excellente boulangerie et bars tapas très corrects). Jaime et Ana sont très accueillants, joignables, réactifs et passionnants lorsqu'ils parlent de leur projet agricole (permaculture, récupération des eaux etc). Beautiful views, great pool, comfortable sun loungers with plenty of shade. Well equipped and spacious house with large bedrooms, comfy beds and great air conditioning. So peaceful and private but well located for exploring. Close to Buger which is a lovely little town with great bakery and bar/cafe.

We really likes the space in the house. Rooms were big and with van. Outdoor living looks great with a nice pool. As organization nothing. And for the house: we think it would be a surplus if there was a lounge area (except from the chairs and table). But that's all.

Da die Finca in der Natur steht, gibt es Nacht einige tierische Geräusche. Ein Hund bellt, Schafe Määäähen und ein Esel quietscht mal. Der Vorteil ist aber tagsüber ist es sehr ruhig.
