Wonderful short stay before cruise!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Nuss before a ship cruise. Very nice, quiet quaint boutique hotel. Service was very good. In a very nice and convenient neighbourhood. Many restaurants, boutique shops and cafes. Very interesting area.

Hotel was safe, room very quiet, bed very comfortable. Our room had a spacious terrace. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with many choices including cooked to order omelettes and fresh squeezed juice. We enjoyed being in the heart of the Palermo neighborhood with many restaurants. The only negative was the floor in our room was very dirty.

Good value and position

Hotel and staff are very good. Rooms are spacious and well air conditioned. Breakfast is good. Position of hotel is excellent for Palermo night life. Roof top has small pool and would be better if there was a bar service. There is a charge for daily bottled water which is usually an included item.

Nuss Hotel has a lot of potential except there are some areas for room for improvement. While it is in a great area and the staff are friendly and helpful, I found that my key card did not work a number of times during my stay, the door was hard to open and close, and when I had my first shower the hot water was brown. In terms of the breakfast, it was good although the brewed coffee was some of the worst I have had. Recommend asking for an Americano or Long expresso to experience a good coffee. I do want to highlight on the plus side that the staff was accommodating in a late checkout and that they did text me when I left my umbrella behind on check-out. Overall, while this is not a five star experience, it is a solid three star with room for improvement.

Great Location

This is a boutique hotel in a great location. The A/C in the rooms is fantastic and it was needed as our visit was during record temps. It does not have the top quality service of the larger hotel BA hotels but the staff are very helpful and friendly

Absolutely wonderful experience.Beautiful hotel, great location, and a staff who’s friendliness and efficiency is second to none.I would just suggest that if you are sensitive to noise you should request a room in the back as the action in front can get busy and loud.

Beautiful, charming boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo Soho. Stellar location, incredibly walkable, just a bit noisy overnight (street noises, pubs nearby, other guests coming in late and slamming doors shut). Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff were lovely and spoke English. Traveled with my husband and toddler. Would recommend. Thanks.

Superb!

We stayed at Nuss 5 nights and it was an awesome choice, great place! The hotel is located in the heart of Palermo Soho with many stores, coffee shops, bars, restaurants closeby. The metro station Plaza Italia is also nearby located 7 blocks away from the hotel. The hotel itself is great, the bedding is great, the shower, the room, the soundproofing, everything was really nice. The staff is really polite and helpful (big thanks to Juan!) And last but not least, the breakfast dont have suge a large variety but its good and every food/fruit and drinks has great quality, the croissant is the best i’ve had in my life!
