The area is very safe and you can walk to major attractions. There are convenient stores and restaurants close by. Very nice rooftop pool and very friendly staff. We liked the bathrobes and shoes for going to the pool Just one suggestion no more small bottles in the bathroom. Thanks

Perfect Spot

This hotel was in the perfect spot! Close to use the river walk, restaurants along it, and have a drink. It is also close to the port where we got on a Princess Cruise.

This hote ho is an excellent option. The location is superb and the service is exceptional. They could improve a bit on the cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom grout. The room was an old modern style. Very dated. It was called an executive suite. The sofa and (one) chair were not comfortable. The colors were dark. Very few electrical outlets. Cocktails and bottled water expensive. The bathrooms need updating. The breakfast buffet was fine, but the tables and chairs were so low, it was difficult to get up. There were always 4-5 security guards standing around, staring at people. They were intimidating. It seemed excessive.

The service at this hotel is outstanding. It's the best part about it. The location is also great. The room is very big and nice. The only thing I wish was better is the COFFEE! I am not sure what is wrong with it, but it is not good. The breakfast also could be improved. One day they had sauteed vegetables which was good but the scrambled eggs were too runny for me and the granola didn't seem fresh.
