Nice safe place

Nice clean and safe Hotel, Great location. Staff is very accommodating. We, three couples stayed four nights. We checked out for one night to go to Iguazú Falls in between left our luggage with them and on our late night return they had everything ready for us to checkin. Close to shopping and sightseeing. We just walked.

Fantastic Hotel Staff

What made my stay fantastic was the staff at the hotel! They were very friendly and welcoming, and also informative about their wonderful city. The location was great for touring the city, and seemed very safe, as I was a solo traveler. It is in a business area, so very busy during the week, but quiet on the weekends. Remember, Buenos Aires is going through financial challenges, and this is a basic hotel.

Convenient, clean friendly

This Hotel is not luxurious but location is amazing. Staff is very friendly specially we don’t speak Spanish. Helpful. Willing to make any arrangements one needs economically. Safe to walk to all the places. Breakfast is good.

Close to everything.

The hotel is close to everything. Friendly staff. Breakfast is not bad but start at 7:00 AM. The hotel needs some refurbishing. The gym/ fitness room or any exercise equipment is not working or all broken. The management should update that they don’t have a gym available onsite.

Location of the hotel is great. Unfortunately, there were constructions outside and inside the hotel and so it was messy and dirty at the lobby and just outside the hotel. The hotel can use a facelift and needs updating. The reception staff is excellent and helpful.

It’s a shame the rooftop spa wasn’t in operation or that the bathroom door didn’t shut because apart from that we loved our time here. Location is FANTASTIC - bus stop (direct bus to La Boca, La Caminata and San Telmo) outside hotel, subway 20m away. Could see the Obelisk from our room. Breakfast was great, rooms and beds were good. I would definitely stay here again. We walked to bars / restaurants at night and to a Tango show.

Disappointing hotel

The floor is dangerous. With holes. The safe box didn't work. The maitress was old. Charging phones was difficult. Only two hangers for two people. The hotel its definitely not 4 stars.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the obelisk. The room was ok, but the bathroom lacked maintenance. The shower door didn't close, and the hair dryer wall mounting looked very questionable. Breakfast has been to our liking.
