This 110 m2 apartment is the ideal place for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy a comfortable and relaxed stay. With 2 bedrooms, 2 sofa beds, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, the apartment has enough space to accommodate 6 people comfortably.

The large separate living room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy an afternoon of family movies. The apartment also has air conditioning in all rooms to ensure a pleasant stay at any time of the year. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook your favorite dishes and has a built-in laundry room for added convenience. The property has stairs inside.

The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and relax withpool a good read, while enjoying the grill. In addition, we offer high-speed internet so you can stay connected with loved ones or work during your stay.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Nice but expensive, better options for the money

Check out is 11 am, too early, even hotels let you a little later. There was no essential things like soap in the bathrooms. Nice and clean place. Expensive for what you get.
