サリダのダウンタウンの歴史の一部を体験してください！ この新しいコンドミニアムは歴史的なユニークシアターリノベーションの一部で、劇場、レストラン、アートギャラリー、アーカンソーリバーウォークまで徒歩圏内にあるサライダのダウンタウンの中心部にあるすべての設備が揃っています。 メインレベルはオープンで広々としており、クイーンベッドルーム、大きなオフィス/デン（マーフィークイーンベッド）、タイル張りのカスタムバスルームがあります。 2階にはマスタースイートがあり、クローゼットとロフトエリアにウォークインし、追加のスリーピングスペース用の布団があります。

ハイエンドの仕上げには、高さ12フィート以上の天井、堅木張りの床、床から天井までの窓、素朴な木製のマントル付きガス暖炉が含まれます。 キッチンには、固体表面カウンターとステンレス製の器具があり、友人や家族のために食事を準備するのに必要なすべてのツールが揃っています。 屋外スペースは、専用の479平方フィートのデッキで、ファイヤーピット、ピクニックテーブル、グリル、たくさんの座席があります。 美しいサライダの夜を楽しむのに最適です！

Absolutely amazing stay! This place exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is beautiful, super clean,comfortable, and incredibly well cared for. The host was fantastic—super quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had a question.The location truly can’t be beat. It’s centrally located and right in the heart of everything you could ever need or want while staying in Salida—restaurants, shops, and activities are all just steps away.We come to Salida once or twice a year, and after many stays over the years, this is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Salida!

Would def stay here again. Condo was super clean, cute & comfortably furnished, and generously stocked. And the location is perfect. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, 2-3 minute walk to Safeway and Natural Grocer, and 4-5 minute walk to river.

The property is perfect - the location is easily walkable to anything Salida has to offer and we rarely used our car which was in off street secure parking. The place has beautiful views out of giant windows - every detail has been thought out - it’s supplied with absolutely everything you could need - it was cool and roomy and beds are very comfortable and linens are so nice. Kaylee was extremely responsive and prompt to answer any question I had. We’ve stayed in many VRBO properties - this one is truly exceptional. It made our trip to Salida even better than we’d expected.

Summer Trip to Salida

My family had a wonderful visit in Salida made possible by this great property. The unit was perfect for my family of 4 and could’ve easily hosted a larger group. The condo matched the listing and came fully stocked with kitchen, cleaning and toiletry supplies. The location made it easy to visit downtown shops and restaurants, and it was an easy walk to 2 groceries stores. It served as a perfect home away from home as we explored the Salida area. The host was super helpful leading up to our stay and provided detailed property instructions and local recommendations. Beds were all comfortable, including the unique murphy style bed that one of my kids happily slept on. The living room space was stylish and comfortable, and we loved taking advantage of the private outdoor area during the cool mornings and evenings. I honestly could keep singing the praises of the property. My family has it marked as a return trip. If you are considering booking this property, go ahead and do it. You won’t regret staying here!

We loved our stay at the Salida Opera House loft! Location is ideal, right in the heart of downtown and easy to walk to everything. Reserved parking is a huge perk, especially during busy season. The loft itself was beautiful, clean, well-maintained and extremely well-stocked with everything you need- including games and baby gear! The owner was very easy to get ahold of and address any questions. Will definitely stay again!

The property was amazing! There was plenty of room for 4 of us and the location couldn’t have been better! Shops and restaurants were all a short walk away! The views from the deck were beautiful! The host was very friendly, super quick to respond to questions, and even let us change our booking at the last minute due to a snow storm! We plan to book this loft again soon!

We took our 8 y/o grandson and great-niece to Salida for a few days of WW rafting etc. This was the perfect place to stay, centrally located, close to everything including groceries, so no car unless we wanted to. And the loft! It was stunning just as shown on the website. The kids called it “super gourmet”! 😉 Beds were SO comfy and I loved having the washer/dryer. The hosts were very responsive and helpful as well. A perfect stay!

LOVED our stay in this Cool Salida Condo

We had an amazing time in Salida staying in this cool, modern condo. We loved being in the action downtown. We shopped, dined and spent lots of time at the riverside park. Our teenager enjoyed the fun selection of Nintendo games and we enjoyed coffee on the rooftop patio every morning. Kaylee is an excellent host and has stocked the condo with everything you will need. This was one of our top VRBO experiences ever!

Great Location

We were in town for a wedding and the location of this property could not have been better! We were able to walk to every event! During our downtime, we has easy access to Salidas main street and the river. Having the private parking space was a huge plus too with all of the crowds downtown. Kaylee was a great host and was able to quickly answer any questions we had! We will be staying here again (hopefully sooner than later!)
