"Wir hatten bei ihnen ein Zimmer gebucht, jedoch konnte mein Mitarbeiter bei ihnen nicht einchecken da dieses Hotel nur für „Golfspieler“ sei. Es war nirgendwo gekennzeichnet dass dieses Hotel ausschließlich für Golfspieler sei! Meine Mitarbeiter wurden daraufhin in ein anderes Hotel weitergeleitet, wäre das klar gewesen, hätte ich nicht bei ihnen gebucht!!"

"Es ist eine sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Zimmer sind hell mit großen Fenstern. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Wir waren zwischen den Jahren da, es hat geschneit und wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn wir die schöne große Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten. Die Gastgeber sind entspannt und total freundlich. In Winsen-Innenstadt gibt es genügend Geschäfte, Bäcker etc. alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden."

"The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was basic but good. The restaurant staff was fantastic! very attentive and friendly. The food was great too. The 2 reception ladies were lovely, very welcoming, and friendly. The only reason for 4 stars is the property doesn't have AC in the rooms, and it can get very hot. Unfortunately garden view rooms were not available, and I had to book 'city view' (basically street view); it was very loud in the early hours, I couldn't keep windows open, and this is when AC would be useful. With closed windows, you can have a good sleep, and you don't hear the noise from the street, but it gets very hot when the outside temperature is high. All in all, it's a lovely place to stay."
