"The room was nice! Clean and good service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included but its uour normal continental breakfast. Dont expect anything super delicious or fancy but something is better tha nothing. $45 for parking sucks but at least its on Hotel property. Plus every Hotel in Toronto you either have to pay or find your own parking. Nothing you can do about paying for parking. Easy drive or walk to the Hospitals on University or an easy drive into the parking garage at Eaton center. I would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel is in the heart of downtown toronto so there are plenty of things and amenities to explore. One issue I have had was the toilet in the morning does not refill water in its own tank (plumbing issue?) so once you flush, that's that. "
