Excellent Location

Great apartment in a beautiful building in the perfect location. Easy access to all transit and sites. Nice sized living room, modern kitchen and 2 baths plus laundry. The apartment had everything needed to cook, clean up-we didn’t have to buy anything. The host was the best with communication and recommendations. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd level and stairs up are kind of small so if you are a larger person, they can be a bit tricky but perfectly manageable.

A week in Budapest

Sebastiano was very helpful with tips of restaurants and activities. We arrived by car and he met us out front and paid for some short term parking so we could unload. It was very easy to correspond and he replied quickly. The apartment was great! Exactly as he had described. The master bedroom could benefit from a more powerful fan given the heat. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Excellent location, awesome host, and beautiful apartment

Everything was absolutely perfect with the Andrassy apartment. It is in a lovely, historical building surrounded by restaurants, sights, and even a delicious gelato shop. The inside of the apartment was spotless, well equipped, and styled nicely. Sebastiano was very attentive and helpful in getting us checked in, showing us around, and offering suggestions on best places to visit and where to eat. Overall, the apartment was an ideal home base for exploring Budapest!

Loved Seba and his apartment.

Seba met us on the first day and explained everything about the apartment perfectly. We loved the fact they had AC as it was extremely hot. We liked the location very much. I would stay there again.

We are 6 Portuguese friends and we rented this apartment for 5 days,. It is very comfortable, very close to Opera and heart of heritage buildings. Convenient, clean and comfortable

The apartment was very nice. My husband and I enjoyed our weekend in Budapest. There was plenty of space for us to move around and relax. We enjoyed nearby restaurants and sights. Sheba was so easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Unique Apartment in Great Location (and Host)

It is clear that Sebastiano cares for this place and is proud of it. It was a unique apartment with loft and second story bed rooms so a fun space to live in. Everything was well maintained and it had (as advertised) all of what we wanted in our room. He provided Nespresso coffee pods for all of us, nice dishes and cups, and also had laundry supplies. The location is on one of the main streets in the city, and there are restaurants and shopping within steps of the door. It also was not a long walk to the tourist areas that we wanted to walk to. We felt we were living like locals in a great neighborhood. Sebastiano met us at the door to check us in and was very gracious about the traffic delay we experienced. He was quick to check us in, give us instructions, and review the amenities so that we could return our car and catch a boat cruise that night, and helpful throughout via text when we had any questions at all. He helped us to get the right bus (and location of the stop) to our night train and was flexible with checkout and leaving the keys. Overall a great place from which to explore the city, and we would stay here again should we return to Budapest. Finally, the security deposit was returned immediately.

Nice property - Ideal location

From the moment we booked the property until we left we felt we had the personal touch from the owner Seba. He contacted us before we travelled and was waiting for us upon our arrival to explain the facilities. The property itself is very nice but I would advise against anyone with physical disabilities to be wary of the steep stairs to the sleeping areas. This wasn't a problem for us and we found the property extremely clean with lots of additional features such as WiFi, coffee machine and some English TV channels. The only slight gripe I would have was the lack of drawer space in the main bedroom, something similar to the other sleeping area would be ideal.The location of the property is perfect for getting around the city and within walking distance of numerous bars and a variety of restaurants. I would certainly recommend the property for two couples happy to share bathroom facilities or a family with teenage / adult children.

Beautiful apartment, great location and such a welcoming host.

Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment. Stayed with 2 of my friends and we had an amazing time. Sebastiano was a perfect host from the minute we booked the apartment until our last day staying there. He met us at the apartment, showed us around and was kind enough to highlight on a map the best places Budapest had to offer. He made sure to stay in touch throughout the entirety of the trip and was always there to offer advice. The apartment also could not be faulted, it was exactly as pictured, clean and modern, and was located in the heart of Budapest with a small shop around the corner to buy food and such as well as a lot of lovely shops and little restaurants around us. To sum up, amazing apartment, amazing host, amazing location and would definitely come again!

Situated on a beautiful street with cafes and restaurants outside the front door. Nice and cool on hot summer days. Sebastian was great in telling us about the place and responded within an hour to all e-mail while we were staying there. Highly recommended
