Rooms where clean and big enough for us.The breakfast was fantastic with loads of options. The pool area itself was fantastic. It's a little bit out of the centre so a car would be advisable, but it's also only a short taxi ride into the centre.Overall we where really happy with everything and had an amazing time. Definitely looking to go back.

A Fun Resort

We had the junior suite which is certainly large enough for 3 adults with a king bed and sofa bed. There is a walk in shower and a large bathtub. Included were passes to Aqua World that was a lot of fun.

The hotel is located 20 to 25 minutes away from Budapest. You definitely need a car to get there. The hotel has sufficient parking places. The hotel offered us a Family Room, which are two rooms connected. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The aquapark was amazing. So many different pools to choose from. The room was clean and convenient. Location is ok, about a 20 mins walk to a retail park with outlets and a supermarket which was nice. Public transport and taxis are easy to use nearby. Breakfast was great, dinner was average. It's a shame drinks and lunch cannot be included in your holiday package as buying drinks and lunch from the aquapark restaurant was expensive. Overall enjoyed our stay here.. really child friendly with their facilities.

As always another great stay at Aquaworld. We had a family suite and half board option. Our flight was delayed so we missed dinner the first night so they gave us free lunch one day too. We did have issus with check in because we had been told that they accept American Express and they couldnt seem to run our card and wanted us to pay in cash for the full stay. We were allowed to go to our room and try again in the morning and we found one card terminal that would accept AMEX if mannually entered. The water park was very crowded on the weekend days but the staff handled it well and it never felt uncomfortably crowded. Our kids love Aquaworld and we will definitely return again.

An ok hotel, very busy because of the aquapark

An ok hotel, I would give a 3 star. On arrival the reception was extremely busy, but had places to sit in the lobby bar. Disappointing, the armchairs were very dirty and looked scruffy. The rooms were clean and big, but furniture needs maintaining as doors were hanging on some cupboards. The bath robes looked dated too and sadly, guests of hotel don't get a locker in the spa or the aquapark and you are therefore left with no option but to walk around the place in your bathrobe. The food in the restaurant was OK, would say average. Anything that we charged to the room, attracted a service charge that we weren't made aware of it.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The facilities were great, the food delicious, most the staff was very friendly. You pay resort prices for anything outside of the offered normal breakfast and dinner buffet. Was a great weekend trip. Having a designated shuttle to downtown would make it even better. We paid quite a bit for Uber to get downtown for extra excursions. It’s about a 20-30 minute trip. Loved it and would recommend.
