The hotel is fantastic. I found all the staff very friendly. I got a room upgrade, which was excellent. The pool and Spa are well worth a visit too.

The room was not only spotless, but the whole interior of the hotel was modernized and very cool! The service was outstanding- very professional, helpful, and attentive. Excellent breakfast buffet!

Park Plaza Budapest
Room was clean but very warm, despite trying to turn the temperature down, ended up with the window open. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality and in the evening the bar was reasonably priced too.
