Keyless entry was amazing and made it for one less item to carry. "Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees. However, one of the cats was a real problem coming onto the balcony and leaving mess on the couch. Heavy music from a nearby property was a problem on occasions. "The staff were friendly and helpful. Nickron really went above and beyond to get us our favorite dessert (crème Brûlée). For our next vacation I will stay at the Royalton CHIC Antigua Again!"

"The pictures do not match what I had arrived to. The staff were very disinterested and seem bothered by our presence. There were a few nice and pleasant staff members but very few and far between. The gym was grossly inadequate. The rooms were periously small and very little storage space or capacity. The all inclusive experience was "really" what I had imagined or previously experience. You needed reservations and many times the reservations were full and so that meant you had to wait or dine late like 9:00 or 10:00pm in some cases. I was told that I couldn't have my room cleaned b/c I selected 4 day visit and not 7. Just my two cents and I hope someone reads this and takes this quite seriously as Im not really one to post negative reviews."

"Our room was large, a suite really. Kitchen with sink, microwave, full fridge, two burner hot plate, good counter space. The staff was outstanding. Very attentive. Use of a washer and dryer for $10. Great pool and three minute walk to the beach. Not far from shopping center & five minutes from Bella Vita an excellent Italian restaurant. We hope to stay there again."
