"This is a beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and outdoor seating. Very friendly welcome from reception on arrival. A big room and spacious bathroom with large walk in shower. Very comfortable huge bed. Lovely high tea in restaurant. Nice lounge and bar where we enjoyed a drink and played pool and darts. A novelty for our 2 grandchildren. "As a solo female traveler, I opted for this beautiful hotel in Glenrothes. It was centrally located to all things on my itinerary, and was very affordable for my, almost, two week stay! The hotel staff was the most welcoming staff I have ever witnessed, and it truly made all of the difference for my first big trip! The hotel has an option for continental breakfast, or you can request a full Scottish breakfast cooked as well! They have a restaurant right downstairs, and a bar to accompany that...

"Hi, we were only there for two nights. There was not enough storage space for two people's belongings. There were no drawers, just one shelf and a limited hanging area in the wardrobe, which was shared with the iron and ironing board. The bath tap was very stiff and hard to turn. The soap dispenser in the bath wasn't working. It wouldn't plunge down. I tried turning it both ways to see if it would pop up, but no luck. The washbasin plug didn't work.
