「Rob is so helpful making sure our room has the proper amenities for my physical disabilities. The rooms are always clean and organized. My adult son enjoys the swimming and sauna pools. Whenever we have chosen to eat breakfast, there is always a wide selection of food to choose from. The breakfast staff bends over backwards to accommodate guest's special requests.」

「The pool was heated and very nice though I would have preferred it a few degrees cooler. Beds were not the most comfortable but we're not awful. Pillows were smaller than normal. We missed breakfast as we arrived late and slept in. The metal plate that you put out to make sure nobody gets into your room like housekeeping or somebody with not installed properly. So you can open the door right into it and it would fall down so my son complained about not feeling safe. However, the deadbolt...
