Not very good apartment

You need to pay 40 euros for late check in. There isn,t a microwave. All things are old. There are some homeless in the entrance.

1. The use of the dining area & tall chair were unusable while the bed was down 2. The WiFi worked well 3. The shower was much too small 4. The modern bowl sink was annoying. I could not find the small items on the basin.

Perfect Studio

Very good base in the Louise area

Compact yet spacious - very good use of space which could easily accommodate a whole family for a few days. Complete with toilet, shower, well equipped kitchen (including coffee machine, oven, dishwasher.) Very well located.

Séjour agréable dans ce studio propre très bien situé et calme. Je pense qu il est parfait jusqu’à 3 personnes, un peu juste (coin repas et couchage ) à 3 adultes et un adolescent comme nous étions. Hôtesse très sympathique et à l écoute

Great spot to experience Brussels!

This was such a great place to stay for all the things we wanted to do in Belgium! It's a very short walk to the Stephanie tram stop that will get you into central Brussels. It's also close to the Louisa subway station, which makes getting to Brussels Midi to catch a train very easy! The host is AMAZING!!!

Gerne wieder

Für eine Aufenthalt in Brüssel ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen, da die Lage sehr zentral ist. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten sogar schon früher in die Wohnung. Parken ist im Parkhaus (22 € / Tag ) möglich, an der Straße entlang für max. 4,5 Stunden. Da wir aber sonn- und feiertags dort waren, konnten wir an der Straße direkt vor dem Haus unbegrenzt und kostenlos parken. Die Wohnung selber hat uns auch zu viert gerade noch so gereicht - wir waren aber die meiste Zeit unterwegs und eigentlich nur zum Schlafen dort. Einziger negativer Punkt ist, dass die Wohnung nicht ganz so sauber und etwas staubig war... Aber noch in Ordnung.

Très bon sejour

L’appartement est très fonctionnel, nous étions 2 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants et nous étions bien installés. Il est bien équipé (il manquerait juste un micro-ondes pour que ca soit parfait !). Il est très bien situé pour visiter Bruxelles, avec un arrêt de tram a 3 minutes à pieds. Il y a plusieurs restaurants dans le coin. On n’entend pas les bruits de la ville dans l’appartement. Il n’y a pas de place de parking, nous avions réservé une place au parking Louise situé juste à côté (2 min a pied).

Very nice and calm stay in a dynamic neighborhood

I recommend! The appartement is well organised and equipped, perfect for a couple or a family of 3. It is located in a main street and close to numerous shops, restaurants and metro/tram stations but the noise doesn't get inside. The apartment was clean and in good state! Thank you to Aline for the warm welcoming and her disponibility!
