The cottage feels a little like a surf shack with high-end upgrades. The kitchen has granite counters, glass backsplash, coffee bar and seating for six. There are 2 roomy bedrooms with soft bedding, TVs, and ceiling fans. The main living area features a warm wood ceiling and plenty of space to gather, dine, and hang out. The bathroom has a huge shower and custom built ins. Plus, there is a screened in porch as the main entrance and a back patio with grill & outdoor dining, all with a water view.

Relax on the screened porch or patio & take in the waterfront views, launch kayaks or paddle boards, and fish from the shared boat ramp, all just steps away from your front door. The cottage is next door to the main house near the boat ramp.
