「Dirty! Cup rings on many different surfaces around the room, crumbs on the cup shelf, dirty coffee mug put on shelf, dried food in sink, hair on shower walls. You could tell cleaners did the toilet, shower floor and sink and left. Ask for a clean room and was given one 2 floor down. This unfortunately did not accommodate our disabled person. Was told the cleaners “must have been lazy/ fast clean job”. Front desk staff very nice though. Breakfast was cold, out of stuff and was lacking. We...

「The room was very spacious and clean. A really nice suite with separate living room, a real kitchen area with a sink, frig and microwave and a separate bedroom. A full breakfast too!」

「The beds were amazingly soft and comfortable the room itself was nice. The only problem that I had with the room is that it didn't have any conditioner shampoo in the containers. And the bathroom was extremely Dusty with strands of hair from other travelers on the floor as if they didn't thoroughly clean the bathroom.
