Clean room, friendly staff. Only inconvenience was construction around the hotel which made it a challenge to find it. Note - must park at bus station parking and take elevetor up to hotel entrance.

Grand Hotel Casselbergh Bruges
my stay was fabulous! However the reception front desk employees are not well trained. one gentleman was rude and the female gave contradictory comments. Also guests should be briefed that they have to let front desk know if they want air conditioning.
