"This was our family's first trip to Panama City and we had reservations with a different hotel that were canceled but we did not find out until we arrived at the location... We immediately went searching and found flamingo up the street, we made reservations online paid online walked in and were greeted happily by the late night staff, we were shown our room and everything was absolutely amazing from there on. the price we paid to stay was well beyond worth it me and my group would love to give this place a 10 out of 5 Stars the star rating just doesn't go that high We travel a lot from, the Atlantic to the Gulf and this is officially our number one experience out of the past 7 years of traveling multiple times to the beach we will definitely be booking this hotel our next trip to Panama City 100%"

"We normally stay in condos for our longer trips but stayed here for a 2nd time for a quick family trip. The room was pretty clean, it clearly had previous water damage that had been repaired but not repainted etc. I love the location, it’s far enough down the strip to be less chaotic, but close enough to easily get to restaurants and pier park. The staff has been extremely kind and helpful both stays. My only complaint, and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is all 3 of us staying found the beds to be incredibly uncomfortable, to the point of having trouble sleeping. All in all, we would stay here again for our quick getaways!"

"Housekeeping barely came around and when they did it was at 7am when were all sleeping. Had to go down to the front desk anytime we needed towels and toilet paper. Their card readers didn’t work at all so they had to type in peoples card numbers each time. Not safe! Couldn’t buy anything from downstairs after 10pm, parking sucked drain was clogged so bad in the bathroom water wouldn’t go down. Pillows were nasty and outdated. Go buy $4 pillows at Walmart. The list could go on. For how much we paid for this place they should really do some upgrades."

"I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. As soon as I entered the room, I saw cockroaches and left immediately. I did not stay or sleep there because the room was unacceptable. On top of that, they refused to refund my money. Very disappointing experience."

"Our stay was amazing. We had the perfect room for our large family. The balcony we had the best of both sides, we could see the city on one side and the Gulf of America on the other side! Our boys had so much fun in the pool, the beach was beautiful! Breakfast was okay and the beds were not bad, not the most comfortable but it wasn’t bad."
