「We came up for a dance competition. Overall house was great, neighborhood was not so great. Homeless camping half a block down and ally way between this house a next house, so there was quite a bit of foot traffic with camp. No parking when we arrived, so we parked in business parking, which were great. Once our parking opened up in front of house we moved our 2 cars. 「I booked this place for two top reasons; The fact it was out in the country with a river view And because it had a hot tub on the deck I was disheartened that the hot tub was not functioning. I reached out to the property owner( right next door) and she said she knew nothing about the hot tub, but her husband did. I then reached out to the property manager- left a message and sent a text- never got a reply. I loved the done house itself. And the view was amazing!!!」

「I am so lucky to have found Carole's cottage. It is a gem in West Eugene. The cottage is well appointed with a comfortable bed and stocked kitchen. It is in a cute neighborhood with a few restaurants and parks. Carole was such an accommodating host and helped make my trip so special. We didn’t really have a lot of time at the property as we were getting prepped for the run and left at 5:30 AM to get to the start line. 「By far the best customer service I have seen in a substantial time. Everyone was genuinely friendly and kind. The hotel’s decor keeps you walking around in amazement.
