"The staff were all very friendly and welcoming but sadly they are understaffed. Upon arrival and settling into my room I discovered the deadbolt on the door lock did not work. I immediately went to the front desk in person and reported this. I was assured it would be taken care of. Nope, not that day, nor the next day, nor the next day, and still not fixed when I checked out at the end of a 4 night stay. I asked every day if it was going to get fixed. In all honesty though, I never did ask for...
