"Gum was stuck to the closet door in our room right where someone typically grabs so I almost stuck my hand in it when we arrived and I was trying to open the closet door. Gross. We also asked right when we arrived if a late check out was an option because it would be helpful for us with our swim meet on our last day in Topeka. They said yes and wrote our room number down. The day of check out I double checked the time and they said no we can’t have late check out. Even though it was confirmed we could upon arrival. We had to rush back upstairs grab everything and run to our swim meet. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t stay here again due to service."

"The most horrendous hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life! The room wasn’t serviced and the hotel management said if I didn’t like it I could just leave - So I did! Fair warning for this place!"

"I am not certain how this establishment actually is. Upon arrival we learned our reservation was canceled. They stated they tried to get a hold of us but they never called us. So at 10 p.m. we had no where to go. The lady in the front was so nice and she too was upset by this situation. Said it had happened frequently with their hotel. Ps- the lobby looks NOTHING like it does in pictures. Which leaves you thinking you made a good choice when you didnt."
