"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. "Séjour au calme , dans un cadre magnifique ,le chalet est idéalement conçu , très lumineux et très bien équipé . Les hôtes sont adorables, très à l’écoute .Tout est parfait ,seul regret les températures extérieures fraîches ( pendant notre séjour) nous empêchant de profiter de la magnifique terrasse à l’heure des repas et de sa vue , mais les baies vitrées de la salle de séjour compensent . "

"Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans ce logement :) Tout était réuni pour se sentir comme à la maison : cuisine entièrement équipée, balcon avec une vue à couper le souffle sur les montagnes, quartier calme et agréable, parking pratique et commerces à proximité.Le voisinage était vraiment sympathique, et l’hôte était toujours disponible, répondant rapidement à toutes nos questions.Je recommande ce logement à 1000 % !"

"Nice hotel next to the lake. Convinient Public parking one block away. Easy walk into town center for dining options. Close to the Coop supermarket/mall that has great food court. "

"Hotel is situated close to the old town center, on the street going to train station, however well isolated from street noise; the room we rented was huge , the largest we rented in our vacation in Switzerland , with plenty of storage, two desks with chairs; bed was also big and comfortable; even the bathroom had plenty of storage ; room had also an extra space a closed balcony with a table and two chairs . From our room we could not see the lake Geneve but the receptionist recommended a lounge area with a terrace from where we took pictures of the lake ; that area has sofas , coffee tables and chairs to accommodate even a big group of people . Staff was friendly and gave us the possibility to log an to an application for free public transportation and a lot of promotions to different historical places , museums and attractions; we took advantage and went on a two hour cruise on the lake . Neuchatel is beautiful, full of charm and we regret not having booked more days at this hotel and this town "
