The room was not clean. The toilet in the bathroom was dirty, with a visible ring inside the bowl that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The shower had a similar issue. The door handles were covered in grime, and I even saw a cockroach in the room. The bedding had crusty residue on it ...

The king room we booked had a bad A/C so they put us in a different room with two beds. The room was clean but we found a pair in socks between the beds.
