「I had to call a staff member on a house phone to come down to the lobby. That took 10 minutes because the member was cleaning rooms.
The interior and exterior of the building desperately is in need of upgrades and paint.
It was so bad that we could only stay one night.」

「The property needed serious updates. The roof leaked water into the room in 3 places and actually shorted out the bathroom ceiling fan. Carpets were stained, drywall needed work, (fire?) corridor doors were wedged/tied open. Outside entryway doors were not secure. Good news was the shower had great water pressure.」
