The tennis clinic was amazing we had the pleasure of working with coach Ed he immediately corrected a lot of my errors in one session we are definitely coming back for more tennis clinics

Good clean hotel in a good spot, with a nice pool, nice bar and very friendly staff.

I was disappointed with my experience overall. Before arriving, I emailed about early check-in and transportation but never received a response, so I had to call. The staff member I spoke with was rude, which already had me questioning my stay. When I arrived, the front desk wasn’t very welcoming. I asked if my daughter and I could leave our bags until check-in, and it felt like I was inconveniencing them. I left and came back around 3 p.m. Thankfully, Sandra at the front desk completely changed my experience. She was kind, attentive, and when I asked if I could grab my carry-on for my charger, she checked my room, saw it was ready, and gave me my key. I shared my earlier frustrations with her, and she was genuinely caring. Sandra deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, and my room wasn’t as clean as I expected. The biggest positives were the convenient location near the mall, grocery stores, and restaurants, and the shuttle drivers, who were also very friendly.

When I booked this property through Expedia. The listing mentioned having a balcony… not true what so ever. The entire hotel doesn’t have any balconies. I could’ve sworn I even seen pictures. We did like our city view that we had. There was a full moon, it looked gorgeous at night. Right across the Straz in the corner room 8th floor. It was walking distance from the armature wall & the Poe Garage, which we chose for parking. But the hotel is outdated. Yellow walls, the valance above the curtains were old. & the remote used for the tv was some old universal remote and it didn’t feel like a smart tv. No YouTube or Netflix. Also, are initial customer service experience with Victor, wasn’t good. I would stay again for views of the city and convenience.
