"I think for it to be a brand new hotel they had some things down like the ice machine on my floor and the pool was not heated as advertised. I also had to make several complaints on kids jumping in room above so the walls were very thin and you can hear everything so for that reason I would never stay at this location."

"Someone knocked and immediately opened our door at 7:30 in the morning. Luckily, we had the door stopper opened so they couldn’t get in. I went to the front desk and they said they had no idea who it would have been since house keeping wasn’t in yet. That is a big problem."

"We had reservations to spend one night here and fly away on our vacation. Due to a car accident we had to cancel our flight and spend one more night. The staff were so kind. I had spent the morning on n the phone and missed breakfast. They brought me fruit and yogurt. This was such a nice place. If I ever get another chance to travel I’ll be back!"

"They forgot to replace an empty body wash, no conditioner and no plastic lining for the ice bucket. They took my pajama which is understandable because it was hidden under the bath towel but they should check one towel at a time. Overall it was a good place to stay and the staff was nice."
