「This gem was everything we could’ve hoped for. Of course the location can’t be beat. Sweeping views of the ocean and easy access to town were spot on. Our host, Patrick was lovely and fun. He greeted us and make sure that we had everything we needed, but then made sure we had all the privacy we needed. 「It was perfect for Brookings outings, the outside area makes it perfect for space for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the hot tub was a perfect relaxation. The only suggestions I would say is bathroom has a smell of mildew and the fire pit doesn't seem to want to really work. But still can't wait to plan another trip here.」

「We had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing stay. The outdoor scenery was super lush with views from every angle. The inside was very spacious, and the kitchen was great for cooking! There were lots of cool nearby sights, such as secluded beach views that Steven generously recommended. Overall, the area was very immersive with the surrounding nature. We even got to see a baby bear about 3 minutes out. We had such a good time and would recommend the place to anyone! 」

「We had a fabulous time, the hot tub was the highlight and scenery around the property. Not very good cell service or wifi so come ready to spend time with loved ones and in nature. The property manager is great and quick to respond. Very spacious with lots of places for the family to sleep and have their own space to chill. Oh! And they have a ton of towels which is great for water play and hot tubbing. 」
