「Beautiful, well maintained property. Walkable to restaurants and shopping and parking is free and convenient. We only stayed there one night, but if I’m ever Gainesville again – this will be my top choice!」

「I like the atmosphere and the availability of breakfast. The quality of the food was marginal, so I didn't eat anything that was cooked. The cereal dispenser did not work properly and made a mess because someone crammed the cereal in which interfered with the proper operation. The desk in my room 376 WAS wobbly and needed repair or replacement.」

「Friendly staff. Very clean room. Variety of hot breakfast. Close to everything. Well recommended when in Gainesville -5 minutes to UF.」

「The staff was amazing. Frankie started our evening out going above and beyond the call of duty. She helped us as both my mom and I are handicapped to get our suitcases out and even took them upstairs for us. What a treat that was she was definitely the best front desk person I’ve dealt with and I have traveled a lot. Then there was Lorene have breakfast. She also went above and beyond when I mentioned oh I guess you’re out of yogurt she went and got some. She poured some milk in a cup for me...
