In realtà la stanza non aveva l'angolo cottura e l'ho scoperto solo perché ho contattato la struttura dopo aver fatto il pagamento. Arrivata sul posto in stanza l'aria condizionata era guasta e solo dopo qualche lamentela mi hanno portato un pinguino. Io ho fatto solo 2 notti . "The villa was beautiful and very clean , the host Daniela was kind and sweet, showed us the best places to go for good food also surprised us with a home made eggplant parmigiana and a bowl of fresh fruits. I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to have quiet but at the same time be close to the beach and restaurants."

"Struttura un po" datata ma tenuta bene e pulita. Appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato era soazioso con una bella vista mare. Colazione nella norma ma varia. Personale reception gentilissimo. Punto forte la posizione fronte mare 50 metri dalle spiaggia. "

Qualche problema con i condizionatori prontamente risolto dal gestore, disponibilissimo. "A lovely rustic property situated in quiet rural Sicily but near to local amenities. Claudia and her family were very helpful and enabled our stay to be relaxed and enjoyable. Access along single tracked roads is not for the faint-hearted but worth the journey! if you want an 'away from it all' holiday then this is a great choice."

Best Western Plus Hotel Terre di Eolo

10/10 Excellent

"A great place to escape from the hustle bustle lifestyle. Tranquil peaceful setting is our first impression, followed by the friendliness of the staff. Room we had was one of the worst with no view and right next to a construction site. But this did not stop us from enjoying the well kept grounds and the infinity pool overlooking the Aeolian islands. Breakfast is adequate with plenty of savory and sweet choices. But dinner menu was limited with very few local fares. Gym is dark and outdated. Almost like an afterthought. There are signs of construction throughout the property and hopefully that means some pleasant surprises in the near future. "

"Staff were unfriendly and used one of the seating areas as a smoking area although my kids were sat there. I discovered this later and was very cross about this as they just smoked over my kids. Shower was very loud and faulty. The driver was fantastic who picked us up from the port and extremely kind. The pool area is very nice which was the best bit. Staff seemed to see holiday makers as an inconvenience. The photos of the hotel on the website were very flattering so I had much higher expectatations for my stay. Breakfast was pretty good. Main waiter very grumpy. Female waitress very kind.There were no snacks available during the day and mealtimes were very rigid and limited. There seemed to be an outdoor bar which was not in use. With a bit more effort and modernisation this could be a really good hotel as it had great grounds and in a quiet part of the resort but about 20 mins walk to all the bars, restaurants Vulcano is a cute place. Quiet resort with a few nice bars and restaurants and opportunity to visit the other islands. Knowing what I know now I would stay in Panarea or lipari over staying here"
