I wouldn't be surprised if we were the first to stay in this room as everything looked and smelled brand new. "Convenient location and very impressive decor in the lobby and room. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, particularly as it was a very warm weekend when we visited. It was mostly quiet, although sometimes I heard movement in the early morning - we may have been above the kitchen/food area (we were on the first floor). The restaurant was very good for breakfasts and drinks, and we had a pleasant meal one evening there as well. Highly recommended and good value for money."
