「I paid money, when I booked hotels.com. I went to this guesthouse, but I was said you didn’t pay. I don’t know,so I wait for 3 hours at outside. I knew later,this guesthouse staff and owner can’t read English. And room I booked is bigger room. But, I stay small room. I said, but nobady can read English. I paid much money and bad room. If you stay,you know this guesthouse is WiFi is no good Shower is no hot Room is very small Guesthouse is very dirty 」

「We were welcomed at the gate and taken to the reception desk by one of their very helpful & friendly employees. We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us. We were escorted to our room shortly after and given a brief walkthrough to show us how everything worked, which keys are for which door, etc. There is a booklet...

「What a lovely guesthouse. Our host and team were brilliant. The room and views from the premises the beautiful. We had the all the amenities we could have needed. Our room and the premises were both very clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the bar well stocked with lots of options. The pool is also a great size with lovely views and kept well maintained. The team also decorated it prettily for Valentines, with lots of lovely touches like balloons, chocolates and roses - what a lovely treat!...
